Evaluation and reviewing protocol

ADI commits to provide an acknowledgement to the author in less than 10 days since its reception in the Journal electronic address. Works presented to ADI will be confidentially evaluated by two independent observant following international criteria, but before, they would go through a review by ADI’s Direction and Secretariat. In this one, it will be determined if the article fulfils the edition regulation and presents enough scientific interest as to decide to send it to the pair review, which will be communicated to each author before 30 days after the acknowledgement.

Evaluation is blind, so evaluators do not know authors identities, not even a list of them. Evaluators will examine the work originality and unpublished character, the topic relevance and the depth with which it is developed, the methodology used, the documentation used degree and the bibliography correctness, as well as the style clarity.

Evaluator must immediately notify the editorial team of the substantial match between the work submitted for evaluation and another published work of which he may be aware.

In the event that the evaluators propose changes to the writing of the original, it will be the responsibility of the editorial team – once the author has been informed – to monitor the process of redrafting the work. In the event that the evaluators’ reports are contradictory, the work will be subjected to a third decisive evaluation. If the work is not accepted, the original will be returned to the author together with the opinions issued by the evaluators. The Secretariat of the journal will inform the evaluation result to the authors, in the shortest time possible.
